【Kids’ Spine Health Free Clinic Day】Second stop: Spanish International School in Tai Po Initiated by the KIDS’ Dream Charity Foundation and fully sponsored by LIGHTMAC Wellness, the “KIDS’ Spine Health Free Clinic Day” has come to its second stop! This time, we visited the Spanish International School in Tai Po to provide spinal health check-ups for school children, hoping to arouse the community’s attention to the development of children’s spine.
Common posture problems in school-age childrenWith increased academic pressure and prolonged use of electronic devices, many school-age children are facing posture problems such as scoliosis, cold backs (round shoulders), and forward head tilting. These problems not only affect appearance, but can also lead to long-term health risks, such as muscle aches, poor breathing, and even affect concentration and learning efficiency. Early detection and correction are crucial!
We will continue to visit different schools to bring health and care to more children. At the same time, we also encourage the children and teenagers to join our volunteer team when they grow up, so as to pass on this spirit of mutual help and help more families in need.
